The hard part
A therapy package is money taken up front against sessions not yet given. Attendance, scheduling and instalments had to stay reconciled across branches, or the balance owed stops meaning anything.
What it costs to be wrong
A patient billed for sessions already delivered, or a branch whose outstanding balance does not match the treatment it still owes.

- Branch-scoped users, clinicians and patient records
- Therapy packages with session scheduling and attendance
- Instalment billing reconciled against package balance
- Migrated off the legacy system it replaced, without losing history
