The hard part
Practitioner availability lived in three places at once: the platform, the practitioner’s external calendar, and their own head. Keeping one answer to “is this slot free” across all three was the failure that kept recurring.
What it costs to be wrong
Two patients in one slot, or a session paid for that nobody joins.

- Video consultations with token-scoped session access
- Two-way external calendar synchronisation
- Booking, rescheduling and cancellation with notification
